I had imagined that in a few years when we come home I would have to bug Maureen and Jim to let me borrow the Subaru so I could drive to Ikea in Seattle to replace the furniture we sold before coming here. No longer, Ikea Portland is slated to open Spring 2007 near PDX. Now I'll only have to borrow the Subaru to go across town.
My car can't take anymore drives with 3 bookcases strapped to the roof.
